The State of HR Analytics 2021: Increasing HR’s effectiveness by mastering people analytics

Some organizations have become good at people analytics, but most
are not there yet.

● Only 29% of respondents say they are good or very good at making
positive changes based on people analytics, though another 35%
rate themselves as “moderate” in this area.

● This leaves roughly a third who are poor or very poor at making
positive changes based on people analytics.

● Only 36% of respondents agree or strongly agree that their people
analytics platform delivers actionable insights.
