Over the weekend, I grabbed a pot of coffee, a comfortable chair and a cloth to clean my glasses.
My task was to digest a nearly 200-page report from a company that sells assessments and sales training.
Talk about complexity.
Certainly this is one way to justify selling a boat load of training.
The question is: Will training in all different directions dilute the desired effects?
A second question: Will trainees remain motivated to implement so many suggestions?
In my opinion, without some data science and predictive data mining, you could end up playing pin the tail on the donkey.
My advice: Take off the blindfold and swing once. Woops. I’m mixing in a piñata metaphor again. 🙂
