In this video, Chris at Kunze Analytics discusses a one-page case study published today in collaboration with PeopleRight in Addison, Texas. Twenty-four Branch Managers completed the TalassureMX Assessment online from Talexes. Five Key Performance Indicators for the role were analyzed. Machine Learning algorithms were used to create a Success Pattern. Those twelve Branch Managers whose Job Fit score was above the median score exhibited 19% higher general Performance.
