4-Quadrant SALES WORKERS ANALYSIS

This analysis stems from two of the six Behavioral Traits measured by the TalassureMX assessment. High means that assessment takers score above average on this scale. Low means the score is below average.

Three typical Sales job titles are placed in their most appropriate quadrant:

  1. High Competitiveness & High Sense of Urgency: Securities, Commodities, and Financial Services Sales Agents
  2. High Competitiveness & Low Sense of Urgency: Driver/Sales Workers
  3. Low Competitiveness & Low Sense of Urgency: Stockers and Order Fillers
  4. Low Competitiveness & High Sense of Urgency: [Out of 30 some SALES job titles, no job titles belong here]
