$3MM COACHING Insight: Thank you ATTRIBUTE TABLE (“CHEAT SHEET”)

A client of ours received a $3MM COACHING insight for one of their Sales Reps after we crunched the numbers.

In this video, we used a DATA MINING MODEL that predicts annual Gross Sales with a plus or minus error of only $1.7MM. Top-Performing SALES REPS sold up to $45MM.

The MEDIAN annual Gross Sales of the team of 40 Sales Reps was $14.5MM.

Summing up the value of INSIGHTS for this team, we arrived at the potential of increasing annual Gross Sales by up to $138MM.
